Fida Restoration was engaged to waterproof the foundation at the front face of the building. Fida Restoration excavated 12′ below grade, performed concrete repairs on the wall, sealed cracks, applied many layers of cold applied waterproofing membrane, install two exterior sump pits and sump pumps, and ran all water lines from downspouts and sump pumps to french drains underground and away from the building.
