The owner of the building wanted to replace the current stairs with new architecturally designed steel staircases. Fida Restoration was contracted to perform design-build restoration of the 3 staircases including concrete repairs and stairs installation. Complete with engineered shop drawings, Fida Restoration completed this project in 2 phases to maintain access and not disturb the business of the bookstore at the lower unit.
